After remaining under a stringent lockdown for about six weeks, which has resulted in the rampaging Covid-19 being reined in, Delhi will begin the unlocking process on Monday with easing of restrictions on manufacturing units in its industrial areas and construction activities with labourers staying on site. The capital recorded 1,141 new Covid-19 cases Friday from 71,853 tests with a positivity rate of 1.6%. With fatalities at 139, it was the third consecutive day when the number of fresh cases remained below the 1,500-mark, positivity rate was less than 2% and under 150 deaths were recorded.
